My experiences with Northern have been 4 or 5 field repairs on skid steer hydraulics, a crane load sail battery replacement, and a Peterbilt flat tire repair done at their shop, all of which were done by different service techs, all of whom were competent, prompt, and courteous.
Don, who manages the shop as well as scheduling, seems to run a tight ship and has thus far managed to dispatch techs effectively whenever a machine has needed on-site service.
I can't imagine what prompted a "1-star" review by the only other post on The Google, but it seems worth noting that there is no commentary to accompany it.
I would say that you get what you pay for at Northern, fair and square in my book.
